\nQualification requirements to a warehouse head:
\n\u2014 pharmaceutical education diploma;
\n\u2014 certificate on confirmation of a pharmacist title.

\n\u2014 applications;
\n\u2014 inventories on the presence of a material and technical base, and staff qualification;
\n\u2014 rental agreement (or ownership) on premises;
\n\u2014 information on a warehouse head;
\n\u2014 equipment information;
\n\u2014 premises layout;
\n\u2014 power of attorney for submission of a set of documents.
\nAfter submission of documents, a warehouse in which drug wholesale will be performed, will be inspected on-site by employees of the State Agency.
