Registration of cosmetic products \u2013 a process of obtaining an official approval for product sales in Ukraine.
\nYou should have the following documents for foreign cosmetic products:
\n\u2014 application;
\n\u2014 description of cosmetic product action;
\n\u2014 supply contract for a cosmetic product in Ukraine;
\n\u2014 instruction for the use and draft labeling;
\n\u2014 product samples;
\n\u2014 extract of an applicant company.
\nFor registration of national cosmetic products, you should submit:
\n\u2014 application;
\n\u2014 description of a cosmetic product action;
\n\u2014 technical specifications (our company may help you here, see more details in section Technical specifications);
\n\u2014 instruction for the use and draft labeling;
\n\u2014 product samples;
\n\u2014 extract of an applicant company.
\nIt is important that an instruction for the use and labeling should no contain phrases \u201ctreats\u201d, \u201cused in diseases\u201d as it will be considered already as a medical device. \nNow registration of cosmetic products in Ukraine occurs in such a way: first, technical specifications are registered (for a national manufacturer), and then \u2013 a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion for a product is executed.

\nAs well, you may certify cosmetic products via voluntary certification UKRSEPRO. After safety studies, a certificate for compliance with UKRSEPRO system is executed.
