License on pharmacies (pharmacy warehouse) – a type of business activity in which pharmacies (or pharmacy warehouses) have right to carry out drug retail sales.
Main requirements to a pharmacy licensing:
— pharmacy area is cities should be not less that 50 m2, in rural settlements — not less than 40 m2, in villages — not less than 30 m2;
— salesroom area should be not less than 18 m2 — for cities and rural settlements, and not less than 10 m2 — for a village;
— area of a drug storage room should be not less than 10 m2 (for villages – not less than 6 m2;

For licensing of pharmacy activity, you should have the following documents:
— plan of premises;
— pharmacist diploma;
— extract from the Uniform State Registry (for an open legal entity or individual);
— statistics certificate;
To submit to the State Agency:
— application for the pharmacy license;
— inventory of a material and technical base and pharmacists;
— power of attorney (if a set of documents is submitted not by a company director himself).
